Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from MarTech at any time. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and Meta's Platform Terms. Section C below explains how to delete the data MarTech received from YouTube (Google).
What Gets Deleted
A. Facebook app removal (automatic)
When you remove MarTech in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, Meta sends our servers a signed data deletion callback. We verify it, record your request and start deleting immediately. Facebook shows you a confirmation code and a link to this page, where you can check whether the deletion has completed. If part of it fails, our team is alerted and we retry automatically once a day, between 02:00 and 03:00 UTC, up to 10 attempts in total; if it has still not finished after that, our team completes it by hand.
What is deleted (data we received from Meta):
- Your Meta OAuth tokens and the Meta connection (your Facebook user ID and the permissions you granted)
- The Facebook Pages connected in MarTech and their Page tokens
- Page and post metrics synced from Meta, and the AI analysis reports and recommendations based on them
- Facebook comments and AI reply drafts received through MarTech
- The index of your past Facebook posts used for AI post suggestions, and the Facebook post IDs referenced by generated posts
- The Page details saved during guided setup (Page profile, statistics and topic summaries)
Names:if a brand or organization in MarTech still carries the name we copied from your Facebook Page, it is reset to a neutral name ("Миний брэнд" for a brand, the setup placeholder for an organization). Names you chose yourself are not changed.
What is kept: your brands, brandbook and brand knowledge, content pillars, content calendar, generated posts and plans, your MarTech login, organization, subscription and billing history. These are your own work and account records in MarTech, not data received from Meta. To delete them as well, use Option 1 (email) below for a full account deletion request.
Other people's permissions:if another admin of your MarTech organization connected Facebook with their own account, the Pages their account gives MarTech access to stay connected under that admin's permission, with their data (including data fetched earlier through your account); the status of your request says when this applies. Pages only your account gave access to are deleted even then, except where the other admin reconnected before we began recording which Facebook account gave access to each Page: such Pages can no longer be traced to your account, so contact martechmongolia@gmail.com with their names to have them deleted. If you connect MarTech to Facebook again after your request, that new connection is not affected.
B. Full deletion request (email)
When you request full account deletion by email, we will remove or anonymize, where applicable:
- Your user profile and authentication data
- Your organization and membership records
- Connected Facebook/Meta account data and encrypted access tokens
- All synced Page metrics, post metrics, and analytics data
- AI-generated analysis reports and recommendations
- Billing records and invoice history (subject to legal retention below)
- Associated subscription and usage data
C. YouTube channel data (Google)
Content creators can connect their own YouTube channel to MarTech with read-only access. The data MarTech reads from YouTube is described in section 2 of our Privacy Policy. You can delete it in these ways:
- Disconnect the channel in MarTech:«Миний орон зай» (My workspace) → «Сувгууд» (Channels) → «Салгах, татсан мэдээллийг устгах» (Disconnect and delete fetched data). This immediately deletes the channel from MarTech — its ID, title, link, OAuth tokens, imported videos (and portfolio items made from them), statistics and YouTube Analytics history — stops all refreshes, ends any brand's access to its statistics and revokes MarTech's access at Google, so nothing from that channel remains in MarTech.
- Revoke access in your Google Account: remove MarTech at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. At the next daily refresh we delete the channel's stored tokens and stop using it; unless you reconnect it, the channel and everything imported from it are deleted automatically within 30 days of its last successful refresh.
- Delete your MarTech account: Settings → Account (
/settings/account). The IDs, titles, links, tokens, videos, statistics and Analytics of all your channels, your permissions for brands, any signup drafts, your creator profile, portfolio and contact details are deleted immediately, and MarTech's access at Google is revoked. Files you uploaded are deleted when the account is permanently removed, within 30 days. - Automatic expiry: anything imported from YouTube that has not been refreshed for 30 days is deleted automatically; a channel you connected but do not use is deleted 30 days after you last connected or changed it; a signup draft expires after 60 minutes and is then deleted automatically, normally within the following 30 minutes («Цуцлах», Cancel, deletes it immediately). When a draft expires or an unused channel is deleted this way, MarTech can still be listed in your Google Account until you remove it there.
Deleting data in MarTech does not delete or change anything on YouTube. To delete data on YouTube, use YouTube or YouTube Studio.
What Is Retained
- Anonymized, aggregated system-level analytics (no personal data, and never data received from YouTube)
- Payment transaction records required by law for accounting purposes (retained for the legally required period)
How to Request Deletion
Option 1: Email Request
Send an email to martechmongolia@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your MarTech account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Option 2: Facebook App Settings
You can remove MarTech's access through Facebook directly:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click Apps and Websites
- Find MarTech and click Remove
- Check the box to delete data MarTech received about you, if offered
Meta will call our callback URL; we process Meta-linked data removal automatically as described in section Aabove. You will receive a confirmation code in Meta's flow; the status link Meta shows opens this page with your request's current status.
Option 3: YouTube (Google)
Disconnect the channel in MarTech (this also revokes MarTech's access at Google), or remove MarTech in your Google Account permissions, as described in section C above.
Processing Timeline
| Action | Timeline |
|---|---|
| Meta-linked data (Facebook removal callback) | Immediately when the callback is received; anything that fails is retried once a day, between 02:00 and 03:00 UTC (up to 10 attempts), then completed by hand |
| YouTube channel entries, tokens, videos, statistics and Analytics, and your creator profile (disconnect in MarTech, or account deletion); MarTech's access at Google is revoked at the same time | Immediately |
| YouTube data after you revoke access in your Google Account | Tokens at the next daily refresh; everything else within 30 days of the last successful refresh |
| Full account deletion (email request) | Within 30 days |
| Confirmation email sent (full request) | Upon completion |
Verification
For a Facebook app removal, open the status link Facebook gave you: this page then shows whether your request is in progress, completed, being retried (with the next attempt) or being completed by hand. You can also contact martechmongolia@gmail.com. Include the confirmation code you received (if applicable) for faster processing.
